BEAUTY: Nature Girl Botanical Body Milk

These products really grabbed our attention with their strong, bright, Stephen Sprouse-esque graphics, and simple yet brilliant name: Nature Girl. The Botanical Body Milk is made with natural plant oils and shea butter to give skin a deep, moisture-rich glow.

They're organic, smell great, and founder Nannette Pallrand, a dedicated environmentalist, gives a portion of the company's profits to several charities trying to keep our plants and rivers pesticide free.

However, aside from all the good deeds, the line is terrific and has products for face, body, hair, and for you bath lovers out there, there's Petal Power, a soothing jojoba-based bath oil.

BODY: Dry Roasted Edamame

Having a hard time finding a great snack to have on hand that's healthy, delicious, and portable? We recommend Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame.

Aside from being low in fat and high in fiber, just a quarter cup of these little guys packs 14 grams of protein. Did we mention that they also taste delicious? Choose from the original lightly salted, wasabi, or the new Goji blend.

Random cool thing about the packaging? It has a ziplock enclosure that seals everything in real tight. Ten points in our book for "crumb management."

TRAVEL: Body & Soul Adventures - Paraty, Brazil

If you want your spa vacation equal parts challenging and pampering, the weeklong programs at Body & Soul Adventures will be just your thing.

Located near Paraty (roughly three hours south of Rio de Janeiro), with lush surroundings of coastal mountains, mangroves, island beaches, and the only fjord in Brazil, BSA's programs focus on healthy eating, rainforest hiking, kayaking, yoga, and massage. Whether or not the goal is slimming down, de-stressing or a bit of both, the incredibly warm staff is consistently noted for making each guest's stay an unforgettable experience.

Don't miss the upcoming Yoga Week August 26th - September 1st, with special guest teachers from New York's highly recommended OM yoga.

SPIRIT: Tibetan Incense - Neal's Yard

Blending the right mix of essences to bring about a scent that both soothes the mind and calms the spirit, without giving you a flashback to the cloud of patchouli in your college dorm room, is no easy feat; however, Neal's Yard Tibetan Incense hits all the right notes.

Based on the Tibetan 3-energy-system, the incense restores equilibrium to the three body energies, while promoting an overall sense of mental well-being.

Produced in Tibet, Neal's Yard buys directly from local producers, with a portion of the profits allocated for training assistance in traditional medicine.
